أن يكون برنامج ماجيستير الأعمال رائد أكاديميا ويواكب احتياجات المجتمع السعودي وسوق العمل في ظل الرؤية الجديدة للمملكة وتقديم جودة تضاهي البرامج العالمية من ناحية المخرجات التعليمية والبحث العلمي .
إعداد طلاب دراسات عليا على مستوى عال من الكفاءة والمهارة يساعدهم في تبوء المراكز الادارية والاكاديمية بجدارة كما ويساهم في ابراز دورهم في البحث العلمي الذي يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة من خلال بيئة تعليمية متجددة.

|Quantitative analysis for management||H11Q0||3||
This course reviews descriptive statistics, exploratory data, and probability distributions. We will then examine the theory and methods of statistical inference, emphasizing those applications most useful in modeling business problems. Topics include sampling theory, estimation, hypothesis testing, linear regression, analysis of variance, and several advanced applications of the general linear model. The main objective of this course is to identify the decisions necessary in business and Contrast a variety of quantitative methods used to address business problems.
|People, Work and Organizations||H11PW||3||
The course covers areas such as individual differences, models of individual, group and team behavior and the behavioral implications of different types of organizational structure. Other important areas such as diversity and inclusion, social capital and network analysis and organizational development are also examined.
The Financial Decision Making course is designed to provide managers with a set of accounting and financial tools, enabling them to interpret and critique financial information from a variety of sources and make informed and effective financial decisions. This includes critical analysis of external financial statements, the identification and application of appropriate KPIs and application of decision-making techniques from management accounting and corporate finance. The course provides managers with an overview of the financial landscape and an introduction to agency issues. The fundamentals of financial accounting are covered first in terms of analysis and interpretation. Next a number of useful decision-making frameworks in terms of management accounting and forecasting techniques are developed. Finally the course provides managers with a number of useful frameworks from corporate finance, including capital budgeting for investment decisions and payout policy decisions.
The Strategic Marketing course aims to provide students with the necessary tools and frameworks to enable them to make proactive marketing decisions that take best advantage of the conditions in which the firm finds itself.
This course provides students with concepts, techniques and tools to design, analyze, and improve core operational capabilities, and apply them to a broad range of application domains and industries. Topics covered include project management, forecasting, product design, quality management, process strategy and supply chain management.
|Economics for Business||H11EB||3||
The Economics for Business course is designed to develop in managers a systematic approach to decision-making and the ability to recognize, use and interpret economic information in a variety of situations. The course gives managers the opportunity to apply economic theory at multiple levels (individual/firm/market/industry/economy) to real-world situations. Overall, the course enables manager to better deal with economic uncertainty in the decision-making process. This course covers market dynamics in terms of consumer and supplier behavior, market operations, market structures and factor markets. On the macro side the course examines international trade and investment, key macroeconomic variables and the impact of macroeconomic policy on firms. In addition the course includes a module on behavioral economics, which have gained significant academic and popular importance of late.

The Leadership Theory and Practice course intends to develop managers with a critical appreciation of the role of leadership styles, context and practice in a range of organizational, social and cultural contexts. Through a detailed examination of contemporary leadership theory and its link to business practice, the course gives managers the opportunity to evaluate dynamic leadership situations and understand the role of effective leadership in organizational strategy. Overall the course provides a set of practical, ethically-informed leadership skills that can be applied in a range of situations.

This course provides students with an overview of the utilization of business application software and problem-solving using that software. Topics include computer systems, management information systems, microcomputer operating systems, word processing, electronic spreadsheets, database management, business graphics, networks, and integrated packages. Industry accepted microcomputer software will be used.

|Strategic Risk Management||H11RK||3||
This course on strategic risk management is intended to equip modern managers and business professionals with the knowledge and understanding to manage risk at all levels of the organization. In line with current practice it places particular emphasis on enterprise wide-risk management and risk interdependency.
|Negotiation & Problems Solving||H11NG||3||
This course provides training in both the theory and practice of negotiation. The successful student will acquire the conceptual skills necessary to become a sophisticated analyst of negotiation situations. This includes a deep understanding of the underlying structure of the negotiation, as well as the psychology behind negotiation-based judgment and decision-making. This theoretical treatment will be complimented by hands-on negotiation experiences, with the goal of imparting comfort and confidence when using these tools in every-day life.

The course builds on the Financial Decision Making course. The course takes concepts from Financial Decision Making course further and takes the analysis and application to a deeper level. The course provides managers with a detailed examination of key financial concepts, both from finance and accounting view. In each area the course will outline the fundamental concepts and then develop, explain and, above all, apply key concepts and techniques to a broad range of business concerns. It will demonstrate the role finance and accounting has to play in explaining and shaping business development rather than concentrating on rigorous, quantitative aspects.
|Capstone Project||DS 299||3||
This is achieved via the development of a critical appreciation of contemporary strategic management tools, all of which relate back to ideas and tools from the other courses. Overall the capstone course helps managers refine their ability to critically think, act and reflect on complex strategic and operational issues in their own environment and in organizations in general. The course examines the diverse theoretical approaches to strategy with a practical view. Three broad areas, analysis, choice and implementation, are used to structure an examination the multitude of strategic issues and situations that arise in organizations. In this research project students will identify research problem (Sustainability, CSR ,corporate governance ) and perform an extensive critical analysis for the literature ,and conduct a proper research design and best-fit research methodology to comprehend and answer the research question/s and then write a full comprehensive research report about the selected topic under the supervision of the assigned supervisor who is specialized and relevant to the selected topic .
