Program Structure

The program is divided into Nine levels Each level is approximately 4 weeks long.
  • Level 1,2,3 is for students who have no prior knowledge of English. Students will learn the basics of English grammar and vocabulary and begin to develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  • Level 4,5,6 is for students who have some basic knowledge of English. Students will continue developing their English skills and focusing on tourism-specific vocabulary and grammar.
  • Level 7,8,9 is for students who have an intermediate level of English. Students will consolidate their English skills, and they will begin to prepare for real-world tourism-related tasks.

  • Obtaining a high school diploma or higher
  • The placement test

The program will be held in a modern, comfortable classroom setting and on a user-friendly platform

The program will be taught by experienced and qualified instructors.

The program will allow students to network with other students and professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry

The last level of the program will include a job readiness module that will prepare the students for the job market

This hybrid program combines face-to-face and online program delivery into one integrated experience (synchronous and asynchronous) as follows:
  • 25% is delivered synchronously online
  • 75% is delivered face-to-face
