The Artificial intelligence is one of the areas of the fourth generation of industrial revolution ((4IR), which aims to integrate technology in various sectors in order to continuously improve and develop performance. This concept depends on the joint capabilities of robots and organizational environment, which contributes to the continuous evaluation of operations Organizational, by reviewing and analyzing them, and searching for means and ways to raise the level of performance, and reduce the time lost, by dispensing with all useless and unnecessary tasks and functions for the client, with the aim of reducing cost and raising the level of quality, based in all stages of development on the requirements and needs of each system. Applications of artificial intelligence in higher education sector, especially during the Covid crisis, from finding smart solutions to maintain and improve the quality of learning outcomes. The use of algorithms related to machine learning and virtual interaction via electronic learning platforms and dealing with CTI engines (Content Technologies, Inc.) contributed to facilitating learning for students and helping content designers to improve the quality of the educational material and develop self-learning. Accordingly, the current study focused on analyzing the role of the Digital platforms in improving the quality of learning outcomes, based on comparisons between performance indicators for some Saudi universities before and after the Corona pandemic, and knowing the role of using technology and artificial intelligence tools in reducing the gap between stakeholders from service providers (universities) and customers (students and employers). The study reached the following results: The e-learning environment through digital platforms and virtual classrooms ensures a minimum quality of learning outcomes related to knowledge, skills, values, responsibility and independence. The university is working to broadcast educational and academic content through digital platforms so that students can benefit from its functions and tools on an ongoing basis during the pandemic and beyond.
