Detecting a panic behavior within a human crowd is of a high importance as it allows to prevent disasters. Online analysisof video streams, real-time processing and accurate detection are required to ensure effective surveillance of the crowdedplaces. However, these requirements are not simultaneously fulfilled by the existing techniques. Rapid advances in artificialintelligence are investing the power for automatic public surveillance and timely detection of a possible abnormal behavior.Thus, the aim of the present work is to propose an online, real-time and effective technique for panic behavior detection. Itrelies on a handcrafted feature that accounts for the characteristics of the crowd tounderstandpeople behaviors and a longshort-term memory neural network to predict future feature values. Experiments are performed on well-known datasets ofpanic situations to evaluate the performance and accuracy of the proposed algorithm. Results show the system yields excellentperformances in terms of accuracy and processing time with respect to the state of the art techniques.

This research dealt with the tort responsibility for the transfer and transplantation of organs among the living and its relationship to the crime of child abduction, where we have explained the concept of child abduction and the tort responsibility of the doctor for the transfer and transplantation of organs in violation of the legislation and regulations followed in this regard and the impact of this responsibility. In light of this, the research concluded with a set of recommendations,

including that kidnapping is to move the child from his place, detain him in another place and control him, and this leads to raising the doctor’s negligent responsibility when he extracts the organs from the kidnapped child and his obligation to compensate for the damages inflicted on him. As a result, we concluded with a set of recommendations, including that the age of childhood should be determined, the position of the Algerian legislator on the process of organ transplantation should be determined if one of the spouses is a foreigner, and educating the public about the risks of organ transplantation and transfer

Background: Many publications discussed the potential role of medicinal plants in the management of COVID-19. However, clinical studies of the efficacy and safety of specified phytochemical(s) are limited.
Objectives: To explore the pharmacological profile of specified compounds against COVID-19
Method: Systematic literature search of academic databases to explore specified phytochemicals for the management of COVID-19 using appropriate search terms. Rayyan software was used to organize 786 citations of which. 236 articles were included in this review.
Results: Initially 70 compounds were identified to have a potential role in the management of COVID-19. In this review, 18 compounds were selected for further search
Conclusion: In vitro anti-SARS-CoV-2activity has been demonstrated for a variety of natural compounds. However, preclinical research for most phytochemicals is scarce, and only a few compounds have been evaluated in clinical trials against COVID-19. A comprehensive pharmacological profile of these phytochemicals is urgently needed.

The paper uses elements of the strategic plan including the mission and the vision, the core values, the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats as well as the strategies, with an inclusion of the objectives and the operation tactics to review the strategic planning and the organisational performance. Qualitative methods are used to collect and analyse the secondary data from review past studies and reports. The study finds strategic planning significantly depending on the analysed elements of the strategic planning in achieving the outcome. The elements also play a critical role in aligning the organisation towards working on a specific organisational strategic planning process to ensure all stakeholders are focused on a common goal that determines the performance of the firm.

This book contains a variety of research in the field of accounting and auditing applied to the Egyptian and Saudi environments during the previous five years. The book showed multiple topics such as corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, the effectiveness of audit committees in companies, the quality of financial reports, and the impact of stock buybacks on financial performance from an accounting and economic perspective. The book also showed the mediating effect of audit quality on the quality of financial reports under an effective audit committee. It also showed the impact of the diversity of the ownership structure in companies on the quality of auditing in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The book also showed the role of earnings and current cash flows in forecasting future cash flows in Egyptian and Saudi companies.
