The department aims to create a suitable environment for providing financial and administrative services to all staff through organizing activities, defining roles, streamlining processes, and establishing work models for general management and affiliated departments. It also embraces teamwork values, leverages information technology, and operates within the comprehensive strategic plan.

Finance
Financial Management at Jeddah International College is the cornerstone for ensuring long-term stability and growth. It encompasses the planning, organization, and control of the college’s financial resources to achieve strategic goals. The aim of financial management at the college is to maximize value by marking Prudent Financial decisions that contribute to increasing profits, improving operational efficiency, and reducing risks

Human Resources
Human Resources Management is the process of managing an organization’s workforce. It includes the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, and compensation of employees, as well as the monitoring of the company’s leadership and organizational culture and compliance with labor laws.
In short, human resource management is the optimal utilization of the human element in the organization and aims to take care of employees, help them realize their potential, acquire the values and skills required in the workplace, and continue their social, cultural, and scientific activities

Marketing and Public Relations
The Public Relations and Media Administration at Jeddah International College serves as a bridge to the community, contributing to the college’s positive reputation and strengthening internal and external relationships. The administration aims to highlight the college’s cultural presence by organizing conferences and events and building trust with partners. Meanwhile, the Marketing Administration works to emphasize the college’s role locally and regionally, promotes the blended learning approach, and strengthens ties with academic and community institutions, striving to establish the college’s developmental and social standing through various communication channels.

Facilities and Support Services
The college administration has ensured the provision of essential facilities for its members within the college, aimed at assisting students in their daily educational journey with full vitality. Security and safety requirements have been met by providing all necessary supplies, establishing a crisis monitoring unit, and training staff to provide first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), in addition to medical clinics within the college.

Quality Assurance & Accreditation
The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at Jeddah International College implements a quality assurance system that enhances the college’s vision, mission, values, and goals. The primary goal is to ensure that the college’s daily operations are aligned with these vision, mission, and goals and to strive for continuous improvement in its assigned tasks. This responsibility rests with the entire college community, including the senior management, academic, administrative, technical, support staff, and students

The Community Partnership Administration at Jeddah International College works to enhance the culture of partnership and community service by establishing sustainable communication with institutions and individuals to provide developmental services that meet community needs. The department conducts field surveys to identify community priorities, creates a partnership plan that ensures fruitful agreements, and monitors the implementation of events, updating them to align with community developments to ensure effectiveness and maximize benefits

Cybersecurity
The Cybersecurity Department dedicates its efforts to ensuring a reliable security environment that enables Jeddah International College to thrive. It safeguards the college's data and assets, aligning its efforts with work priorities and cyber innovation, while adhering to necessary requirements. Its main objectives include supporting the college's business strategy, protecting informational and technological assets to comply with the National Cybersecurity Authority's requirements, promoting responsible cybersecurity behavior and best practices, and raising awareness through comprehensive cybersecurity training.

International Cooperation
The International Cooperation Administration is dedicated to fostering global and local partnerships and enhancing the global engagement and presence of Jeddah International College. Our mission is to facilitate academic exchange, promote collaborative projects, and support the globalization of JIC, positioning JIC within academic institutions locally and internationally.

Postgraduate & Scientific Research
Jeddah International College believes that fulfilling its mission of providing distinguished academic programs and producing rigorous scientific research is fundamental to its scientific advancement and academic future. Therefore, the college established the Graduate Studies and Research Administration to oversee the development of graduate programs that meet labor market needs, enhance scientific research to ensure quality outcomes, and increase publication in reputable international journals. The administration contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of the college’s graduates, participating in global scientific forums, and upholding intellectual property rights and research ethics.

Academic Affairs
The Academic Affairs administration is responsible for the development of academic programs and providing academic support to academic staff and students. This administration is one of the most crucial departments in the college, contributing to delivering distinctive services to academic staff and students and also ensuring the quality of academic programs, aligning with the college’s vision and mission.

Information Technology
The Information Technology Department works to develop the information technology infrastructure to keep pace with the latest technologies, which are characterized by a high level of quality, security, and reliability, and to support educational operations by providing, operating, and maintaining educational systems. It is keen to make them available to all users easily and safely. The administration works to build professional relationships and smart partnerships with specialized agencies in the field of information technology to exchange experiences and develop the information technology environment in the college.

Student affairs
The Student Affairs Administration strives to provide a motivating educational environment and enhance the connection between students and the college. It works on the development of personality and supports scientific talents in various aspects. It offers a range of diverse student services, provides guidance, and prepares students for entry into the job market. It encourages the pursuit of hobbies and the development of talents to enhance the student’s personality and make productive use of their time.
